Lovaholic loves Yoga - Lesson 3
Lovaholic had her 3rd Yoga lesson on 4th August 2006, Friday. From 8.30pm till 9.30pm. :)
Lesson 3 was more or less the same as before as Instructor Miss Sonika told us that we would keep on repeating what we learnt but as the lesson progress more poses would be added on. Lovaholic is really looking forward for more of a true YOGA POSE!!!We were taught how to loosen (relax) all the joints in our limbs.... Fairly simple.... by rotating the joints and then ending with a 'jerk' pull!!!
Lovaholic collected her Ettusais Limited Edition Tote bag from a nice Yahoo Auction Seller at Bugis Junction before meeting Peixuan, who was so busy closing her case she was late for a while..... We had such a rush snack with Bubble tea then rush off for Yoga class! (>_<)
