Lovaholic sweat it out at Amore Women's Day Out!!!

Lovaholic got to sweat it out at Amore Women's Day Out 2007 on 2nd September 2007 with Lovable Lih Shin and her NUS friend. My bad... As I have forgotten the lovely girl name!!! *Slapping herself HARD!!!* (>_<)

Amore Women's Day Out is an annual event where women of all ages from all walks of life (be it homemakers, career women or students) come together to sweat it out (in the form of exercising ranging from Aerobics to Yoga).

Lovaholic and her lovables signed up for Yoga session as we all know she loves yoga... She tries to practise on her own every now and then but her discipline to carry on is lacking badly nowadays... Their pretty pink-white goodies bag is another reason why we threw our $15 for this event!!! (>_<)

Right after the session, I was feeling tired but at the same time energised!!! Yoga that day was something different from what I usually do... Theirs required much much more movements and at the end of 2 hours we were all sweating like mad!!! (>_<)
