Lovaholic celebrated Chinese Lunar New Year 2008 from 7th Feb to 9th Feb!!! *Happily Jumping*
CNY DAY 1House visiting as usual for most Chinese family!!! For my case, 1st day are mainly for my dad's family cum relatives while 2nd day for my lovely MaMa's relatives and family. (^_^)
I need to give myself a big slap sometimes for not bringing my bag (which consists of camera, my camera handphone and of course a Collection of Red Red Fat Fat Hong Baos aka Red Packets) with me during my dad's family house visits :( I left it in dad's car for goodness' sake!!!! Hence, no picture showing my dad's family and relative *Slapping very hard* (0_o)
I still have some camwhoring pics with my lovely sista taken in dad's car :P That's simply being vainpot but nothing good to be done when being "chauffeured" around :P
WARNING: PICTURES ARE PRETTY RAW AND SOME ARE UNCLEAR!!! Problems being I don't know how to photoshop my pictures and I'm taking most pictures with LG Viewty Mobile hence the poor resolutions and such, even with 5 megapixels!!! * I can really never trust Mobile Cam after SONY event now!!! *URGH Again!!!* (x_x)
Here goes:

Introducing my lovely only younger sista, SHANIE LUI!!! I believe this the first time I put up her pic :)

Trying to look slightly "expensive" with my shades... *PUI!!!*

Mild Face-making!!! Stinko hair, my sista got!!! Wahaha!!! *Joking*

Shanie Lui trying to tell me that she is cuter than me!!! I care not as cute is for little girl!!! I'm a WOMAN not a GIRL!!!

SistaZ Rulez!!!
We are always told by others that we don't look like sisters... We bluff our way around saying we are friends most of the times... In fact, our only youngest brother doesn't resembles us too!!! *Weird*
CNY DAY 2Day 2 was also my maternal Grandpa's Birthday!!! He can only remember that he was born on the 2nd day of Lunar New Year and has no idea when is his "english" birthdate according to my MaMa. It's his 72nd Birthday!!! I hope that I can make him Great Grandpa soon since I'm the eldest grandchild he got!!! *Wishful thinking...*
Celebration took place at my MaMa's brother's aka my uncle Sam's house. I love the fact that even though I was born to an average Singaporean's family, my home is always filled with happiness and warm!!! Being simple is beautiful! *Clap Clap* (^_^)
Picture time!!!

Need I say more?! Mahjong Addicts!!! It's Chinese New Year!!! All of them in RED wanna win BIG MONEY $$$!!! *Wahaha*
(From Left to Right: Birthday Boy Grandpapa, Uncle Sam's joyful wife - she's thinking what tiles to discard, My smart Aunt -MaMa's only younger sis & MaMa)

Another "den" fully occupied by my uncles and cousins.

Simply a very very very traditional Birthday cake.

Grandpapa is 72nd years old!!!

My Grandparents' sons and daughters. 4 sons + 2 daughters = 6 children.

Now, the son-in-laws & daughter-in-laws!!! Left my 2 uncles unwed (standing on the foremost left and right)... Waiting for them to wed...

11 grandchildren!!! Baby boy in yellow belongs to my Grandpapa's brother's grandchild. (This picture is taken by Raymond Ong aka my Significant Other (SO). This explains why this is a badly taken pic with so many faces blocked!!!) *Roll eyes*

Happy Grandpapa with so many people singing Birthday Song for him!!! *Smile*
Left the birthday celebration to SO's place and movie after consuming sumptuous tons of buffet food and loads of cakes!!! I'm a glutton when it comes to food!!! *Wahaha!!!*

I don't know why... but his head with that hairstyle and with that hoddie jacket remind me of a little boy... *Grinning*
CNY DAY 3Mainly went around praying with my family! Who doesn't want a good year with bountiful of lucks and health?! Visited the regular Myanmar Temple located at Balestier. Sista's Boyfriend, Christopher and SO were with us the whole day too!!! (n_n)

Another car ride but in back seat of Honezzz's Car... Front seat taken by Bro. (#_#)

Dad and MaMa in Myanmar Temple!!! And Yes, I'm a Buddhist :P

Sorta a Family Portrait and you can see that I got Fat genes!!! My youngest Brother grow so tall now (Bag belongs to my MaMa...He was OBLIGATED to carry!!!).... Don't really like this pic as I look weird with a awkward posture!!! (^x^) *Oops!!!*
Another bad quality picture taken by the "You-know-who"!!! *Ahem!!!*
Left my parents and went to watch CJ7 at VivoCity with Sista, Christopher and SO!!! Went round window shopping and slacking at Pacific Cafe while waiting for our movie to start.

Am glad that I managed to find SO a matching white shirt with almost exact bib design to my white shirt tunic!!! We were in white together that day. (.n_n.)

Camwhored a bit while SO slept at the comfy sofa of Pacific Cafe... He could actually sleep in public?! *Eyes Open Wide* (@_@)
Ended our day after CJ7. That "Qi-Zai" is soooo cute but it still "died" after its "battery" was used up trying to save the kid's dad!!! Worth the ticket price if you love Kids-targeted movie :)

Chinese New Year is really a time for family and friends to gather as many are busy with their job and etc. Other than carrying on the Chinese traditional, it will be a great time to catch up with each other!!!
Lovaholic simply loves the good food and snacks that she can eat especially the Bak Kuak!!! *Hohoho* (^_^)
